友禅技術を習得した染色作家・永野美和子氏の工房。主に麻布を用いた製品を、デザイン・染め・蒸し・縫製などを一貫で制作している。オーダー暖簾制作に加え、独特の色彩や柄の表現はバッグなどのデザイナー等にも人気が高く、コラボレーションも多数。息子の木工職人・永野智士氏がフィンランドの家具「NIKARI」や、オリジナル家具等を製作する「永野製作所」も併設。
This is the studio of Miwako Nagano, a dyeing artist who makes full use of Yuzen techniques. She designs, dyes, steams, and sews mainly linen products. Her unique colors and patterns are popular among bag designers, and she has collaborated with many designers and artists. Her son, Satoshi Nagano, a woodworker, also has a studio next to his mother’s called “Nagano Seisakusho” where he makes Finnish furniture “NIKARI” and other original furniture.
