半導体製造装置を始めとする産業機械などに使われる樹脂パーツを製造する浅井プラパーツ。シート上の素材をカットしたあと、削り、図面通りに微細に仕上げていく。蛍石を原料とするテフロンなどの各種樹脂の加工も得意とする。
強度や機能だけでなく、完成品の美しさにも満足してもらえるよう、基本的には完全一体切削品に限って製造している。エンジニアの思いをダイレクトに形にすることに対するこだわりはひとしおだ。現場では、そこここに「従業員を大切にする意志」を感じられる。若い女性も多く働く現場では、冬場の冷えを少しでも解消するため、床がフローリングになっていたり、帰宅時に雪かきをしないですむよう、また車が傷まないように、従業員駐車場に屋根が付いていたり。休憩室では整理整頓を徹底し、仲間意識や従業員間での気配りが自然と生まれるようにと、二代目代表の浅井健史さんの思いが随所に込められている。
自社の事業を発展させながら次世代につないでいくためには、技術の向上と、製品の精度が欠かせない。そのためには、丹後で雇用を育み、若い世代が働きたくなるような仕組みを整えることが必要だと考え、現場に細かな工夫を加え続ける浅井さんの思いを感じてほしい。
Asai Plaparts produces resin parts for industrial machines such as semi-conductor production equipment. Pursuing not only durability and functionality but also aesthetic of finished looking, they basically accept only fully integrated cutting item. Their dedication to directly reflect engineers’ wish in products is worth mentioning. They are working hard to provide a good working environment which attracts a younger generation to work in Tango, in the hope of advancing and passing down their business to the future.
